Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy covers this website only. Our mobile applications and games are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and each one has its own privacy policy shown on its store listing. Nothing you do inside those apps is collected by this website.

What we collect

The only personal data this website collects is what you type into the contact form and send to us:

• Name and email address — required, so that we can identify and answer you.
• Phone number — optional, only if you choose to give it.
• Your message, and the date and time you sent it.

We do not use analytics, advertising networks, tracking pixels or social-media trackers on this website, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies for visitors. A single session cookie is set only after a member of our staff signs in to the private administration area; it exists to keep that person signed in and is deleted when they sign out.

Why we use it and on what basis

We use the details above solely to read and reply to your enquiry, and to keep a record of the correspondence. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Submissions are stored in our own database on servers we control, and are readable only by staff who need them to answer you. We use a small number of service providers for hosting and email delivery, who process the data on our instructions only.

How long we keep it

Contact submissions are kept for as long as they are useful for the conversation and any follow-up, and are deleted when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your rights

You may ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Write to contact@unigrowthlabs.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants additional rights, such as the UK or the EEA, we will honour those too.

Children

This website is aimed at businesses and job applicants and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
