What this website is

This website presents information about our company and the mobile applications and games we build, and lets you contact us. It does not sell anything and creates no account for you.

Our applications are governed separately

The apps and games we publish are downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of each app is governed by that app's own terms and by the store's terms — including anything you buy inside an app. Purchases, billing and refunds are handled by the store, not by this website.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers or its administration area;
• interfere with the site's normal operation, including by automated scraping that places an unreasonable load on it;
• submit content through the contact form that is unlawful, abusive or infringes someone else's rights.

Intellectual property

The name, logo, text, design and code of this website belong to UNI GROWTH LABS LIMITED or its licensors. You may read and share links to the site, but you may not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

What you send us

You keep ownership of anything you send through the contact form. By sending it you give us permission to read it, store it and use it to respond to you. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the form.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep the information on it accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a third-party site, such as an app store listing, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its practices.

Governing law
